Categories of the Competition

We have created competition categories first by country and then by categories for each individual country. We recognize that certain countries have specific categories for their country. It is important to us as a competition that a soy sauce is judged in the right category. If you as a producer do not see the category you want your soy sauce entered please immediately contact us so we may review a new category internally with our trade buyer judges
